From lava seawater
to salt crystals

Naturally filtered through basalt, our source water undergoes a temperature-controlled process of concentration, crystallization and drying.

PROCESS

Six steps. Carefully crafted.

Intake → Concentration → Crystallization → Drying → Sorting → Packing

Water intake
We source our lava seawater from a facility licensed for food production and managed by Jeju Province.

Concentration
We remove moisture from the source water to create a concentrated brine.

Crystallization
In the salt room, the concentrate is finely atomized. Temperature control allows moisture to evaporate and salt crystals to form.

Drying
The salt crystals are carefully dried for 24 hours.

Sorting
We select the salt that meets our quality standards.

Packing
Before packing, our salt passes through a metal detector to check for metal contaminants. It is then packed into containers.

METHOD

Our temperature-controlled process evaporates moisture from lava seawater to concentrate the brine and form salt crystals.
