A food-licensed facility administered by Jeju Province
We source our lava seawater from a facility licensed for food production and managed by Jeju Province.
We remove moisture from the source water to create a concentrated brine.
In the salt room, the concentrate is finely atomized. Temperature control allows moisture to evaporate and salt crystals to form.
The salt crystals are carefully dried for 24 hours.
We select the salt that meets our quality standards.
Before packing, our salt passes through a metal detector to check for metal contaminants. It is then packed into containers.
Our temperature-controlled process evaporates moisture from lava seawater to concentrate the brine and form salt crystals.
PRODUCT
Where salt is made and the conditions it is made under can make a difference in taste and quality. Our salt is not made directly from seawater. Saline groundwater, known as lava seawater, makes up 100% of our raw material.
The product name is JEJU MINERAL SALT and the food type is other salt. Net quantity 200 g; the ingredient statement reads Jeju lava seawater 100%. Packaging: PP outer, paper and PE inner, PET container. Avoid humid places and always keep the product sealed after opening.
