What differs between the 200g container and the 150g pouch?
Our salt comes in a 200g container product and a 150g pouch. They may look like two sizes differing only in quantity, but they are different products with different containers, packaging and name markings. Here are their labels side by side to help you choose the form you need.
The 200g product comes in a container
The product name is ‘제주미네랄솔트 용암해수 미네랄소금 미네랄솔트 소금물 소금차 소금답례품 200g’. It comes in a white dol hareubang-shaped container, enclosed in a clear case. The black label at the bottom of the case is printed with ‘눈결 소금’, ‘JEJU MINERAL SALT’ and ‘200g’.
The packaging materials are PP for the outer packaging, paper and PE for the inner packaging, and PET for the container. The origin is domestic (Jeju, Korea), the food category is ‘other salt’, and the ingredient and content declaration is ‘제주용암해수 100%’ (100% Jeju lava seawater).
The 150g pouch is a sister product
The 150g sister product ‘제주미네랄솔트’ comes in a blue stand-up pouch. Three statements are printed on the pouch with icons: 100% Jeju lava seawater, no environmental pollutants, and plentiful minerals.
The packaging formats differ. The 200g product offers a container convenient for dispensing, while the 150g pouch takes up less space.
Is the salt itself different?
Both products use 100% Jeju lava seawater as the raw material. There is no label stating that the raw material, production method or particle form differs by size. We do not present the larger size as a higher grade or the smaller size as having different components.
Our salt goes through six stages: water intake, concentration, salt formation, drying, selection and packaging.
Storage is the same
Avoid humid places and always keep the package sealed after opening. The manufacturing date is shown separately. Choosing the larger quantity does not change the storage instructions.
