Looking for mineral salt for a powdered product?
When making a powder to mix with water and drink, you also need to choose the salt used as an ingredient. The first thing we explain to people asking about our raw material is where the water comes from. Instead of using seawater directly, we use 100% saline groundwater (lava seawater), naturally filtered through Jeju’s basalt layers. The ingredient declaration for our powdered salt reads “제주용암해수 100%” (100% Jeju lava seawater).
How do we make it?
Production begins with drawing raw lava seawater at a licensed food facility managed by Jeju Island. A concentration process removes only water from the raw water to produce a highly concentrated liquid with concentrated minerals. In the salt-making room, this liquid is sprayed into fine droplets. Only the water is evaporated, allowing the minerals to crystallize.
The crystallized salt is dried for 24 hours. We select only salt that meets the standards. After a metal detector inspection before packaging, we fill the containers and pack them.
Are component figures available for formulation?
Lava seawater contains the minerals Zn, V and Ge: zinc, vanadium and germanium. It also contains minerals including magnesium and calcium. We cannot yet provide figures for the amount of each component.

We hold reports for tests on general bacteria and E. coli, microplastics, and heavy metals. We also hold Korean documents recognizing our in-house research institute and confirming our venture enterprise status, as well as an ISO 22000 certificate. In 2020, our company was certified for technological excellence (“우수기술기업”).
