When you cannot find the product you are looking for
A name you saw before may no longer appear on the current page. Multiple product names can also make the same items look different. Here we explain what we currently make and the information we need when you ask us to check a product.
There appear to be several names
The product name is ‘제주미네랄솔트 용암해수 미네랄소금 미네랄솔트 소금물 소금차 소금답례품 200g’. The container label on the same product reads ‘눈결 소금’, while the sister product's pouch reads ‘제주미네랄솔트’ and ‘150g’. Our business name is also 제주미네랄솔트.
Although you may see several names, the salt is made in the same place. If you are unsure which name you are looking for, check both the product name and net content on the packaging.
What information should you provide?
The product name, net content and product report number: these three details let us identify the product. The 200g product's report number is 202006216891. You can also send a photograph of the label.
The manufacturing date is shown separately. If you want to know when it was made, sharing that marking will also help.

What we make now
